Mia + Chris Wedding

Chris and Mia had the most beautiful wedding with all the emotions. I can honestly say that every detail was curated to perfection. The ceremony and reception took place at the Icehouse. There was so many happy tears and sacred moments from the bride’s gift with a pin for her holding her departed father’s image to her expression as she meets her groom at the end of the aisle. Not to mention, his face when he read her letter and when she received an honorary fraternity jacket at the reception. I used to never cry at weddings, like ever, not even at my own. Now that I’ve been married for 11 years and have two kids, it hits different. Like, I know what’s coming for them and it changes how I hear the vows, see the mothers of the couple and how they’ll look back on this day and the images we captured for them (this wedding was photographed for PMA photography). Anyone else have to do their job while crying? Just wedding (and birth) photographers?
