The four of cups symbolizes stability in our self knowing ourselves. Allowing us to feel grounded within our own self.

Seven of wands symbolizes rebirth pushing through. Moving Mountains and dealing with opposing for forces. Sometimes we cross obstacles that are so challenging and complex that we have no idea how to even begin. In so many of these cases, it's brand new to us. We’ve never done anything like this before and there are so many firsts but this one will test our way- they always do. According to the booklet with this deck, when we receive this card, we are being asked to take a stance for what we can fight for what we want.

The seven of pentacles unfortunately symbolizes failure downfall, disappointment and haste. Since pentacles refers to and symbolize the physical realm these cards can represent business or materialistic wealth but it’s not always limited to. Maybe we've been blind or are blind to an otherwise unsuspecting business or partnership that is now illuminated itself as undermining, deceitful, and trickster energy may be present. I also read that we may feel irritated and annoyed at the steps that are between here and where we want to be. To me so much of these cards mirror what we are collectively seeing with the black lives matter movement and systemic racism that has been benefiting white and white passing people in our country for so long. The mantra that accompanies the seven of wands states, I am assertive, not aggressive, nor passive.

As I pulled additional cards to support the initial reading I was met with the Boundaries card. Boundaries can be a difficult thing to master. I was raised to symbolically have good morals and boundaries, though when I tried to assert my boundaries I was met with resistance from my patriarchy. Most people are not raised with a firm understanding of healthy boundaries they often end up being closed off or allow themselves to be invaded. There's a balance in knowing exactly what your needs are. The advice accompanying this card is to check in with yourself and see were you live on the spectrum of your boundaries, are you closed off or too open? somewhere in between? The armadillo pictured here is known for its heart armor on its backside. The armadillo teaches us how to set ourselves as a container for our desired or not desired experiences we know what we want in life and we can set boundaries to prevent obstacles from entering. However the underside of the armadillo is soft and vulnerable which is where we should go through life open hearted and vulnerable, yet still able to protect ourselves. Call upon the armadillo imagery to find this balance. Euros botanical name is named after achillea millefoliums named after the Greek hero Achilles Yarrow Euros floating in the river his mother dipped him in as a child she held him by the ankle. By doing so she prevented Achilles from being completely covered in the elixir making it his weak spot the Achilles’ heel. Yarrow has a long been referred to as an herb of invulnerability. It can teach us healthy boundaries and is helpful as an ally for those sensitive to other peoples energies, commonly referred to as empaths or empathetic. It's advised to call upon yarrow if you need support and protecting yourself from the unconscious absorbing energy from other people or your environment. Yarrow is a healing herb, keep her nearby to protect and support you. Black tourmaline is a protector, grounding and cleanser all in one. Its known to transmute didn’t energy into a lighter vibration ground spiritual energy and can be used to form a protective shield around your body. Often we find that so many people have varying opinions about the changes you make and if you are working on being more open others may take advantage of that openness. You can use black tourmaline to cleanse and protect you from undesired energy from those around you. You can use black tourmaline to aid you in maintaining the boundaries you’ve already set and keep them well established. I have black tourmaline in every room in my house to protect, clear and support my safe space.

The Pillar signifies the need to rise to the occasion. It indicates a time where we need to begin to be all things. It represents a doorway and support structure. We must be the backbone, the nurture, the provider and the lover. According to the guide book, this pillar asks you to step in to the roles that you can as best you can knowing that you are being pushed outside of your own comfort zone. And through this, you will learn just how capable you are.

The rune, TIWAZ, symbolizes sacrifice justice and spirit warrior. This solstice spread was created in honor of Breonna Taylor murdered at the hands of three cops who broke into her home while she slept. Their names are Jonathan Mattingly , Brett Hankinson And Myles Cosgrove. This card symbolizes the justice that will be served to those three murders in the pay rate card symbolizes protection energy and look for those who still resist the oppression from the system so deeply entrenched in racist beliefs.

Pyrite is mineral that is commonly known as fools gold. However it’s symbolic for the protective energy and luck it offers. Use this image to visualize protection and good luck to accomplish hard goals and difficult work. With a spread like this, we’re gonna need it.
