It’s pretty interesting to look back at old work, this wedding was shot with PMA Photography back in February of 2019. I love these images but the editing is less than desirable, at least for most, I don’t mean to be so critical of my work but I guess what I’m trying to say is that growth and maturity aren’t noticeable in real time, we just keep getting better and better each time we do something. I could go back and re-edit these and adjust for all the new things I’ve learned and tried but there’s something beautiful about acceptance too, and knowing we’re always getting better and learning and this is proof, proof I’ve grown as an artist and am better than I was just a few years ago with the gentle practice of showing up and flexing my photo muscles.
