My favorite restaurant; Chilte, finally opened in downtown phoenix! I really do only have like 4-5 FAVORITE restaurants in phoenix and Chilte is one of them! You can read about all my favorites here. But back to Chite. I photographed a backyard wedding that had a delicious food truck for dinner in the drivway. I grabbed a box of their vegan birria on my way home and devoured it in my car - it. was the best thing I’ve ever eaten. So, when I saw they were opening a brick and mortar location I became obsessed! It took almost two years for them to officially open and y’all it’s worth the wait!
