There’s something so magical about this time of a child’s life, they are excited about being new here and their personality is starting to show up and shine through. The kiddos turning one now, have spent their whole lives in Covid season. They’re not usually having birthday parties or big family gatherings, so when they turn one we want to celebrate. Even if it’s not the usual way we know from our childhoods. For this sweet family we documented this adorable girl’s first cycle around the sun with a mini photo session! The fam played peek-a-boo in the living room causing lots of giggles. She explored and found a perfect chair to cuddle her teddy bear. We walked outside to get some family portraits in the shade. (we even snuck in a quick photo op. with Grandma) And ended the session with play time in her play room. Just trying to get a whole experience of both parenthood, playing and enjoying life together as a still somewhat new family.
